Homes and estates are designed from the "inside-out", where the lifestyle of the client is the central pillar of the design. Robert and his clients review numerous examples of the desired architectural style via Robert’s vast library of architectural and travel books.

The next step is a rendition of the design complete with complimentary landscaping. At every step of this process, the client is intrinsically involved. Exteriors and floor plans are frequently demonstrated in scale models where clients can see in a three-dimensional setting how there home will feel.

Although the design style may be Old World, all of the modern amenities are incorporated without sacrifice to the historical perspective. And to truly authenticate the period of architectural style, the unique ornamental artwork such as corbels, special facia, and even gargoyles are manufactured or procured for each project. Robert’s long standing relationship with talented artisans provide the finest examples of stained glass, finish carpentry, cast stone and iron work.
